This is nothing more than a diversion away from the real criminals. A charade akin to arresting Al Capones chauffeur for unpaid parking tickets. The frenchman is a sacrificial lamb.
To do somthing meaningfull and long lasting, rubin, summers, greenspan and the other mob members need to be given life in prison with no parole and cell phones.
Otherwise the criminal syndicate keeps rolling along. Once the heat dies down it will be business as usual until the next financial crisis. Then the financial mob will need to go into hiding from the mainstream mob.
The saying goes, if there is one rat, there are many. GS is not alone in the CDO fraud, hope the SEC strings them up by their balls!
