CHINESE MARKETS REFLECT ECRI SURVEY NOT HYPE

Notice last time ECRI fell to around -10% ....that was in 2001 and in 2008 into 2009 bottom....we are now at -9.8%

I read where ECRI INDEX is now at -9.8% ! (that's not good)
