WEED KILLER

July 2, 2010 Alexandria, Va. — U.S. consumer bankruptcy filings totaled 770,117 nationwide during the first six months of 2010 (Jan. 1-June 30), a 14 percent increase over the 675,351 total consumer filings during the same period a year ago, according to the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), relying on data from the National Bankruptcy Research Center (NBKRC).

2010 foreclosure filings in U.S. may top 3 million
"U.S. foreclosure filings rose 15 percent in January from a year earlier and exceeded 300,000 for the 11th consecutive month as modification programs failed to keep delinquent borrowers in their homes, RealtyTrac Inc. said Thursday."

Bullish news? unemployment (factual?) rose to 9.6% where is the progress?

BIZARRO WORLD: Gov states 67,000jobs created mostly "service jobs"....one hour later ISM Services data comes out with a "surprising" DROP and the employment component fell below 50.00 (contraction"

SO for the stock market what is up is now down and down is up? what passes for bullish news ain't what it used to be....
