So is TARGET....targeted for selling....2 HUGE retailers and BOTH NOT UPSCALE.....hmmmm


General stocks selling off, VIX pops above 20 and is just under 200 MA. TOO early to say if this decline is one day wonder or kick off to someting more invloved
