3rd LARGEST ECONOMY

You know I've been asking this question, what is wrong with China? AS the world markets try to show recovery, CHina market last made a high in AUg of 2009 !
The recent JUMP from the lows here, including mamoth 200 pt vault on the Dow did not infect the Chinese market with BULLISH enthusiasm......I am asking why and thinking this is a warning.
If world economies TRUELY were recovering, Chinese factories and economy would be HUMMING! HUMMING means vibrant, busy factories means profits means bullishness.
Or has everyone else got it wrong?
