ARE THESE GUYS JUST PLAIN CRAZY OR STUPID?
ONE ADDT'L NOTE.....SAVINGS RATE TICKED UP from 5.4% to 5.8% does that support notion that Consumer spending will carry the economy? or does it show perhaps a SECULAR shift in Consumer behavior?
