Patriot Act passed as FEAR taken advantage of, just as the setup of FED reserve System walked all over our Constitution, so did Patriot Act. Congress and most Americans bent over grabbed their ankles and then said THANK YOU>

Patriot Act is bad for 'bad' people.
'Good' people will not be involve ever in the Patriot Act.
Right Steve, The PATRIOT ACT should be the "TAKE YUR BILL OF RIGHTS ACT"ONLY by calling it "Patriot" did congressman DARE NOT vote against it.
In every case BUSH has used terror to further control us like a police state.
Just look at how a 64 yr old man was beaten in NO, and when anyone coming to question was thrown down or intimidated....they were not citizens, they were fodder.

The PATRIOT ACT has little to do with what you are suggesting. This is the internet 'talk'.
In fact the 'Act' was in the pipeline for over 12 years, many who work in Wall Street call it a blessing. You dont work in Wall Street so you do not understand this, I do work in the Street and it is a major blessing in finding bad people. In fact that 'Act' caugth the dealings of the person arrested todaty at Refco, before this action would have taken years just for the goverment to file suite of broken laws he had done or if ever.
The bill is for the main factor of 'following the money'.
It has little to do with taking rights away, but every thing to do with following the 'money flow' of Wall Street.
This bill is highly regarded as a major safely net in the complance base of Wall Street and was much needed.
Bad people have become very smart at hidding what they do, and the 'Act' is a change of doing things that are outdated in finding the flow of funds.
That Act has today bougth many to justice today, and much more to come over time.
It was very much needed.
P.S. If you are an adult and do not know the diffence between 'bad people' and 'good people' now, you will never know the diffence.

Nice to see you, I am surprise that you think that the 'Act' had anything whatsoever to do with the beaten man in New Orleans.
Looks to me they had a hard very hard time cuffing him, but that’s me.
I cannot find as to how the police where using 'The Act' in doing a job.
Even if 'ill will' was done on the part of the police, I still do not see how and 'just where' the Act came into play.
The Act was not present at the time of 'Rodey King' in LA beating or in any other beating before the 'Act' was created.
It starting to seem that the site here is turning a blinds eye to what is happening and what is taking place as to the trend of Anti-American hate, for it is rising high and one should try to understand how to trade that trend in which the flow of negative feedback is affecting the markets.
Or have I just misunderstood the bases of the web site itself.
A sine wave of emotion is created to 'catch' the valleys and peaks of how we think, and why we think the way we do.
Or is the site itself a slow motion pull to the 'far left' without the regard of market interpretation.

I sorry but you are too one-sided, time for me to leave but it was nice talking.
By the way, Drunk in a public place is a 'low crime' subject to fine and arrest 'on the spot', also to resist an officer of the law at ‘any’ time during questioning or observing is also subject to arrest and fines. This has been the law for decades upon decades in the United States. In Canada you can get 30 days for not walking correctly (meaning that you are most likely ‘drunk’ as being observe by an officer,).
The Patriot Act as explain has nothing to do with any of this, but what ever. You have a nice site that has in a ‘’’very’’’ short time, move very far to one side.
Markets move by what others think and 'then' as to how they respond to the extremes, you are at an extreme, you just do not know it.
These types, good or bad, very seldom walk away from markets with pocket’s full of funds.
It’s been nice but this Buddy has better things to do, maybe its time to search for another country to stretch your legs..
