Oracle revenue the past two years has been amplified by about 5 percentage points from converting stronger overseas sales in euros into weaker U.S. dollars. Oracle has typically gotten about 35 percent of revenues from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The euro has recently traded near a 9-month low against the dollar at about $1.20.
