"The Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank said manufacturing slows in August in the 10th District that includes Kansas.
The Fed said production slowed at both durable and nondurable plants in the district, though some aircraft and electronics producers reported improvement.
Future factory indexes fell in August, though the Fed said they remained suggestive of future modest growth."
